Adults, Children (9+), Teens
Are you or your child navigating anxiety, stress, or life changes? Whether you’re an adult feeling overwhelmed or a parent looking for meaningful support for your child or teen, therapy can help bring clarity, confidence, and calm.
I work with children (ages 9+), teens, and adults who are facing challenges like anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship issues, grief, or identity exploration. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you—creating a personalized plan for healing, growth, and lasting change.
Some clients benefit from art therapy, especially kids and teens who find it easier to express themselves creatively. Others prefer talk therapy, mindfulness-based tools, or approaches that gently explore different aspects of the self—helping you understand and integrate your thoughts, emotions, and inner experiences. You don’t need to be artistic—just open to discovering what works best for you or your child. I’ll work with you to find the most supportive and effective approach, whether that includes creative expression or another therapy style that fits your needs.
I’m passionate about supporting clients across the 2SLGBTQIA+ spectrum, and I affirm diverse identities, relationships, and lived experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental—always grounded in respect and compassion.
If you’re curious about next steps, I offer a free 20-minute consultation to talk through your goals and see if we’re a good fit.

COUPLES, CHILDREN/FAMILY THERAPY
Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re navigating difficult transitions, coping with loss, managing anxiety, or healing from trauma. These experiences often lead to disconnection from ourselves and those we care about the most. The good news is, you don’t have to go through it alone. As a Psychotherapist/Registered Social Worker, I specialize in helping couples, families/children and individuals understand and heal from the pain that keeps them stuck. Together, we can explore the root causes of your distress and begin to shift the patterns that are holding you back from living the life you deserve. I believe healing happens in connection, and I am committed to walking alongside you on your journey toward peace and deeper connection—both with yourself and with those around you. Whether you’re facing relationship challenges, struggling with anxiety or depression, or healing from trauma, I’ll provide the support and guidance you need to create lasting change. Approach and Experience: With a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of British Columbia, I bring a broad range of therapeutic techniques to my work, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy. I work with individuals, couples, families, and children to address a wide variety of concerns, including: Relationship Issues (Couples, Families)
Anxiety and Depression
Trauma and Grief
Infidelity and Trust Issues
Parenting and Perinatal Support
Disability and Inclusion
Military Families
Aging and Memory Loss
My goal is to help you not only feel better but to help you thrive—emotionally, relationally, and personally. “Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.” – Brene Brown I believe that real change begins when we allow ourselves to be vulnerable. Together, we’ll create a safe space for you to explore your feelings, uncover your strengths, and build a future where you can feel more connected and at peace. Beyond the Therapy Room: When I’m not helping others find healing, you can find me outside, building my food forest and creating in nature—often with a few baby goats nearby! Connecting with nature helps me find balance and reminds me of the simple joys that can keep us grounded during difficult times. I’m here to support you. Let’s start this journey together

Adults and Teens 16+
I offer a compassionate, inclusive, and non-judgmental space whereby we can develop a meaningful connection. I seek to help you foster your own insight and self-compassion in a world that can be harsh, fast, and uncaring. As therapy can be an intimidating process where
you may feel vulnerable, it is my primary goal to help you feel comfortable and safe.
I work from a Rogerian person-centred, decolonizing, feminist, and trauma-informed lens that considers your social context, race, class, gender, and systemic realities. The psychotherapeutic modality I use is integrative, drawing from emotion-focused therapy, psychodynamic, narrative, relational cultural, and sensorimotor/somatic. At times I use CBT.
I will follow your pace so that we may work collaboratively to help you foster insight and to help empower you to make positive and lasting changes in your life. I believe that everyone has an important story to tell, and my hope is to be with you along your journey while you find your voice to tell your stories in your own way, and to support you in finding meaning and purpose in them.
